Breathe Hot Yoga and Wellness Studio, Bradford

What: Flow & Restore: A warm blended yoga class linking breath to movement, flowing through each asana at a steady place while connecting strength with stretch and relaxation.  The first part of the class builds on strength as you flow through dynamic poses and sun salutations.  Ending practice with deep stretch and restore of the body and mind.  Sign up and view class prices through Mindbody or on the Breathe Hot Yoga and Wellness Studio Bradford website.

Hungry Brew Hops, Newmarket

What: Hops Yoga: A class that brings laughter and playfulness to the practice of yoga. As adults our ability to play can often get lost. This is a chill all levels class that allows you to let loose while you practice yoga and sip on a beer (alcoholic or non-alcoholic available).  You bring a mat, HBH brings the beer and I’ll bring the fun. Tickets available for $20 plus tax through Snapd. If you have any questions regarding tickets please contact Katie Patterson at hungry@hungrybrewhops.com

When: Third Monday of every month 7:30-8:30pm

 

Private Yoga

 

A personal or shared experience in the privacy of your own home, my home yoga space, virtually or there is the option to rent out space at a studio for an additional cost.  Welcoming individual or small group private sessions that are tailored to your needs.  Class themes include flow, restorative, hands of touch and massage, beginner, Yoga for brain injury and concussion, beer/wine Yoga, couples Yoga, bachelorette and birthday celebrations.

 
 

Private Prices

Private (1-3 participants) 1 session $80, 2 sessions $120, 3 Sessions $150

Private (4 + participants) 1 session $100 + depending on class and number of participants

 
 
 

Workshops & Retreats

An immersive experience that can include a restorative & flow Yoga practice, journal writing, sharing circles, nature hikes, healthy meals/snacks and introspective and interactive activities.  Brave Heart, New Year and New/Full Moon themes are offered in a half, full day or weekend experience.
